Achievements

As an employed solicitor, I assisted in the sale of $93 million of commercial land in Sydney CBD, including negotiating and drafting novation agreements with large a Supermarket chain and international Hotel Group, and advising on an intellectual property dispute.

As an employed solicitor, I assisted property developers in a $26 million purchase of commercial property in Sydney’s CBD, and an $8 million purchase of Student Accommodation in Victoria.
